Fully automated wire cutting, stripping, crimping and tinning solutions.

An Artos CR-22 crimping machine provides a fully automated process. Up to four processing stations affords a wide range of end of wire applications including terminal crimping, weather seal application and wire end twist & tinning. 

Hot stamp cable marking

A hot stamp cable marking facility allows us to print text directly onto the cable increasing efficiency and providing a high quality finish.

Control box assemblies

Camis’ design, specification, and manufacturing expertise offers control box assembly solutions to either complement existing looms and harnesses or as a new stand-alone product

High Voltage cable assemblies

As well as Low Voltage, Camis is able to provide High Voltage cable solutions. Using state-of-the- art cutting, stripping, and crimping facilities, cables up to 120mm can be processed

Digital harness & loom testing

A Digital testing equipment with pc enabled software ensures every point in the looms & harnesses are tested and produced to the highest possible standards.

Over moulding

In-house over moulding facilities provide a personalised, customer specific solution for electronics assembly encapsulation and potting requirements.

Cable cutting

Jacket strip capabilities including a rotary incision head allows full, partial and window stripping of multicore cables, cables with tough insulation, or difficult to process power cables, up to 120mm in diameter.
